My expectations were high, but the reality exceeded them. Everything was perfect, from the introduction by the kind and very sympathetic waiter to the table who explained everything to us, was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, balanced, well seasoned, of course very varied. My favourites were the roast ribs with mashed potatoes, the tomato cream, the delicious butter and bread, the roasted vegetables and the delicious pistachio dessert. The cooks were very nice, explained and advised. The place itself is amazing and reminds me of the seedy gentleman days of the 20-30's. Thank you again for a fantastic culinary as well as emotional experience. We will long remember. As we are quite far away, we want to repeat the experience this time next year.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the beautiful ambience of your restaurant, which looks luxurious but also gives room for informality. The pleasant demeanor and communication of the staff, combined with their expertise and professional approach, underlined the charm of our evening and made us feel very special. The menu was fantastic-congratulations to the chef, the pairings were presented to us by a true connoisseur. Throughout the evening the music sounded very tastefully chosen, perhaps the only thing missing to perfection was a live piano. In short every moment from parking to our departure was great. And we very much appreciate that you are also kind to smokers and we were able to have a cigarette in the luxurious interior. We were very satisfied, we will recommend your restaurant to our friends and we wish your service to be sustainable for a long time and you have many satisfied guests.

This dinner was an incredible experience from the moment you walk into the restaurant, to the service, to the food. The meal was both perfectly thought out and beautifully arranged on the plates, plus the wine pairing! Simply perfect, an added bonus is that their homemade bread can be purchased at the kiosk outside the restaurant. Excellent idea to base the menu on Slovak dishes in an unconventional way. Definitely recommend the tasting menu with wine pairing.

Hello, I would like to express my incredible appreciation. This restaurant is one gastronomic paradise! The food was impeccable, the courses were very well thought out and the flavours were perfectly matched. Every single course surprised us with something special and at the same time so simple. It's an experience of a lifetime and I'm sure we'll be back. Just the fact that Restaurant Seven offers world-class quality from local Slovak sources is impressive. The approach of the staff was simply astounding, they introduced us to every single course, briefly described its preparation and the origin of the components. The sommelier was attentive throughout the evening, even though we did not have a full wine pairing, he still offered us a short selection from his stunning collection of both foreign and Slovak wines according to our preferences. I can't even begin to describe the setting, something breathtaking. We left in amazement that we have such a wonder in Košice and I think that no restaurant far and wide can surpass this experience, and I don't just mean within our borders. Thank you for this evening, we have never left a restaurant with such enthusiasm as we did this one. We really wish you every success, may this gem shine in Košice for a very long time

I think there will be a waiting list for reservations in a year or two. The seven-course seasonal menu also consists of traditional tastes of Slovak cuisine in a form you have never eaten them before. Even a foreign guest can take a peek into Slovak gastronomy. Gastro that deserves a Michelin star. The courses are well thought out and perfectly executed. I recommend a non-alcoholic pairing with the tasting menu even if you are tempted to have a wine pairing. You won't regret it, you will get a drink with each course that will enhance the flavor of the course or spice up the drink. The drinks are really thoughtful and it's the right pairing for the meal. A great rarity in Slovakia and the surrounding world. You can have wine or whisky with a cigar afterwards. Košice has got a really great project, cuisine, world-class chef. We wish the owners and the staff a lot of success. Thank you for a great experience.

Starters, homemade bread , nut butter , dessert , wine , mixed drinks pleasantly surprised and delighted us , but the main course fish , let it was too rich in flavour , almost overcombined!
