His passion for culinary art and constant desire to push the limits of gastronomy make him an inspiration for many young chefs and gourmets in Slovakia and abroad. Known for his creativity and eye for detail, combining traditional Slovak flavours with modern trends.
He is the co-author of the concept of the New Cuisine of Slovakia.
With his team aim to work daily with humility for the craft. To improve the talents and talents of people who choose to work in gastronomy. His culinary artistry has been awarded at several international events such as the EXPOGAST World Culinary Cup, Villeroy & Boch Culinary World Cup and the IKA Culinary Olympics. In 2021 and 2023 has achieved a great success at the national round of Bocuse d'Or Slovakia where he and his team ranked 2nd place. Under his leadership as captain, won the National Team of Chefs a
historic success at the largest and most prestigious international competition of chefs and pastry chefs -
the IKA Culinary Olympics 2024, two bronze medals with the concept of the New Cuisine of Slovakia.
Jozef Hromják also regularly participates in the legendary top international "haute cuisine" show "Rheingau Gourment & Wein Festival" in the company of the world's best chefs and Michelin star holders.
