He is the co-author of the concept of the New Cuisine of Slovakia.

In 2021 and 2023 has achieved a great success at the national round of Bocuse d'Or Slovakia where he and his team ranked 2nd place. Under his leadership as captain, won the National Team of Chefs a
historic success at the largest and most prestigious international competition of chefs and pastry chefs -
the IKA Culinary Olympics 2024, two bronze medals with the concept of the New Cuisine of Slovakia.
