What you will be doing:
As Chef de Partie:
→ manage and coordinate the activities of the section you are in charge of,
→ follow technological and hygienic procedures according to HACCP standards,
→ responsibility for the quality of the food prepared and serve during the service,
→ work with the kitchen team and mentor junior chefs,
→ participate in the development of the menu and the introduction of new dishes.
As Commis Chef:
→ prepare ingredients according to daily requirements,
→ participate in basic cooking and food assembly processes,
→ support the chefs during service and in maintaining order,
→ follow technological and hygienic procedures according to HACCP standards,
→ learn the techniques, work organisation and pace of a professional kitchen
→ prepare desserts and bake according to given recipes or your own designs,
→ decorate desserts with attention to aesthetics and detail,
→ pay attention to precision in the dosage of ingredients and the quality of the incoming ingredients,
→ work with the kitchen on special orders (events, banquets),
→ follow technological and hygienic procedures according to HACCP standards.

Language skills:
Slovak language – Intermediate (C1)
Personal qualifications and skills:
→ dedication, desire to do things differently and with heart,
→ minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and motivation to develop,
→ natural pro-customer approach and professional demeanor,
→ education in the field or hygiene minimum,
→ experience with POS software and professional service.
